The Department of the Treasury has initiated the first Economic Impact Payments. The payment has begun posting to accounts and will continue to post as funds are received. As we are experiencing high call volume, you may want to check your account activity and balance through our ONLINE ACCESS or CARDVAV mobile app.
The IRS plans to mail a letter about the Economic Impact Payment to the taxpayer's last known address within 15 days after the payment is paid. The letter will provide information on how the payment was made and how to report any failure to receive the payment.
