
Protect your Flasher Community Credit Union Debit card with CardNav.
Flasher Community Credit Union would like to remind and encourage our debit card members to install and utilize the CardNav app.
The app allows our debit card holding members:
- To monitor their debit card activity and account balances,
- To make account transfers,
- To turn their cards on and off as an added layer of fraud safety.
Steps to a more secure debit card experience:
1) Download and install the CardNav app from Google Store or the Apple App Store
2) Choose NEW USER; Enter your card number to begin registration.
3) Where prompted, enter in the 3 digit code from the back of your card, the expiration date (MM-YY), street address & zip code. {The address and zip code MUST MATCH what is on file in our office. If you have an address change or input incorrect information, the app will lock you out. If you are unsure, please contact our office at 701-597-3391)
4) Enter in the last 4 digits of the ACCOUNT HOLDER’S social security number. This may not be the number of the person named on the card, but the main member on the account (This may effect some joint or child accounts; business accounts will use their EIN number. Please contact the office if you are unsure. An incorrect number will lock you out of the app registration process. We can reset your registration in our office by calling 701-597-3391).
5) Create your account login information:
- Provide a valid email address;
- User name
- Password (follow the specific instructions on password length and contents)
- Full Name
6) This should complete your registration.
7) The initial log in to the app may require you to imput the dollar amount of the last PIN generated transaction on your card. If you cannot remember this transaction, please call our office and we can provide that information for you.
